Screen Printing Squeegee Maintenance:

It is important to allow the blade to recover from the ink and solvent before putting it back into production by resting it for a 24 hour period. If necessary, a sharpening tool can be used to re-sharpen the blade before returning it to production. Following these steps not only ensures a better print result but can also help to extend the lifespan of the squeegees and reduce the need for replacements.

Screen Printing Squeegee Storage:

It’s important to avoid storing of squeegees blade-first, as this can cause the blade to bend or deform over time.
